Paris was wonderful, saw interesting things, enjoyed walking the streets, ate nice food, spent time with the lovely boy. For those of you interested, pictures are here on flickr. These are some of my favourites.
Since Paris I have been catching up, catching up at work, catching up with friends, catching up with my course and catching up with blogs. I was really excited about the flurry of Messy Tuesdays posts which occurred in the last couple of weeks and have really enjoyed how the concept has been interpreted by people in such a variety of ways.
This weekend has been an excellent mixture of things that I love – brightly coloured salads,
pretty roses,
homemade biscuits,
vats of tea and chatting with some of my most loved friends.
Today, I have been working from home and am freezing. As the day goes on I am putting more and more clothes on – my look is complete with a bobble hat inherited from my Grandpa and gloves on hunched over my keyboard typing my essay. I am clearly a hothouse office flower, not hardy enough for these homeworking climes.

I am very sad that I didn't get to witness all of this first hand :o(

That's so funny that you're cold, I've been sitting in the sun in the garden today (studying, woo) and am hot! I suppose it's one of those hot in the sun/cold in the shade days, eh? That has given me an idea for a messy tuesday post...
